    Heat oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves

    Add hing and Sanmati Chiwda Masala, sauté for a few seconds on low flame

    Add roasted peanuts, chana dal, and cashews, and mix well

  4. 4

    Add thin poha and stir on low flame until crisp and evenly coated

  5. 5

    Sprinkle sugar and salt, mix thoroughly

  6. 6

    Cool completely before storing in an airtight container
