    Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape into round discs with a slight depression in the center.

    Heat ghee in a kadhai on medium flame. Gently slide the anarse into the hot ghee.

    Fry on both sides until golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

    Dip the fried anarse in warm jaggery syrup and coat with sesame seeds if desired.
