Rinse bhagar thoroughly and soak for 10 minutes

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, and curry leaves

Add diced potatoes and sauté lightly

Add soaked bhagar and stir well

Pour in water, add salt, and cover with a lid

Cook on low flame until water is absorbed and bhagar is fluffy

Notes
- Use sendha namak instead of regular salt for vrat
